Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

We may also offer free shipping on selected orders, promotional campaigns, or orders above a specific amount.

You can use the tracking link or tracking number to check the delivery status of your order.
Incorrect Shipping Details
Please make sure your shipping address, phone number, and email are correct before placing the order.
Rust & Gold will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.
Delayed Delivery
While we try our best to deliver orders within the estimated time, delays may sometimes happen due to courier issues, high order volume, weather conditions, festivals, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your order is delayed, please contact us and we will help you with the tracking update.
Damaged or Missing Package
If you receive a damaged package or if any item is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or video of the package and product.
After reviewing the issue, we will provide a suitable solution.
Failed Delivery
If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to incorrect address, unavailable customer, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the package may be returned to us.
In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping the order.
International Shipping
Currently, Rust & Gold may ship only within selected locations. If international shipping is available, delivery charges and timelines will be shown at checkout.
