At Rust & Gold, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in the same condition as received. It must also be returned with its original packaging, tags, and any accessories included.

Products that show signs of use, damage, washing, alteration, or missing packaging may not be accepted for return.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Used or worn products
  • Damaged items caused by the customer
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items
  • Personal care or hygiene-related products, where applicable

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or video of the product and packaging.

Once we review the issue, we will offer a suitable solution such as a replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on the case.

Refunds

After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that bank or payment gateway processing times may vary.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake, such as sending the wrong or damaged item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges

We may offer exchanges depending on product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we may provide a refund or store credit.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will need to follow the return process after delivery.
